Location – Livonia
$18 - $20 Based on Experience
Paid Weekly
Full-Time Positions Available – Days and Nights
8-10 Hour Shifts 5-6 Days/Week
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred, however on the job training will be provided where needed for the safe and productive operation of the following machines:
12ft – 320-ton Hydraulic Press Brake
4ft – 60-ton Hydraulic Press Brake
Ocean Clipper – Angle Line
Trumpf 3500 Watt Laser Plate and Sheet Cutter
- Wear properly-fitted Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to: gloves, face shields, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and welding hoods.
- Receive work order; obtain and organize materials; insure all materials being used are accurate and in compliance with specifications and quality control program; job task and order of process planning.
- Safely operate equipment such as overhead cranes, fork trucks, grinders, and saws.
- Maintain, support and follow all Scion Steel standards as specified within the Quality Management System.
- Provide support to other employees on essential job functions when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work space and maintain shop floor organization and cleanliness as directed by management.
- Engage in other related duties and responsibilities as directed by management.
- Follow all Company policies and procedures.
- Must demonstrate and maintain a courteous and professional attitude.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
